  2. ive used it to increase my fitness level. i think i might have a placebo effect, it did make it easier for me to increase weight load.
    i supplement it once and then steer clear off it for at least 6 months. taking stuff daily might have a lasting impact. natural does not equate to no risks, long term effects are NOT studied, we have no idea what that will bring

  5. We tried during covid phase 1 & phase 2 days and none of our family members got covid . Where I’ve roamed around many who infected with covid .
    It’s the only herbal powder which I trust in.

  6. The point is, people react to psychoactive substances very differently, be they “natural” or pharmaceutically developed.

    Take care, do your research and consider lower doses to check for any bad reactions.

    Personally I use as an adaptogen, along with other neutropics and find it helpful for focus at work.

  7. I hate the news. Increase in stress can lead to high blood pressure which in turn can kill you. I’ve taken it on and off since the pandemic and it’s worked very well for me. I was a junior in high school at the time I started taking it and I was mad stressed out about the pandemic, school and trying to get into college and would in turn make mountains out of mole hills. Once I started taking it helped me out a ton. Also I guided other people I know who were dealing with stress in their lives and told them to do their research and give it a shot and they have liked it.

  8. It caused me symptoms of thyreotoxicosis to me. Palipatations, insomnia, intollerance of hot weather. It's a poison. Since it elevates T3 and T4 thyroid hormones it can be very dangerous.

  10. Some of those tik tokers are drama queens, been taking this for a few years and couldn’t be happier. Had anxiety my whole and just ignored it until the last 5 years when my life became much more stressful. Of coarse exercise works but this also helps effectively
