BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Grand Island man is facing charges for allegedly illegally selling marijuana out of smoke shops on Grand Island, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday.
Thomas Muscoreil, 23, was allegedly selling the cannabis out of Island Smoke Shop and Island Smoke Shop 2, both located on Grand Island Boulevard.
Police said search warrants at the locations recovered a large amount of cannabis concentrate, edibles, cannabis flower and money believed to be from sales.
Muscoreil is charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of cannabis. He was released on an appearance ticket.
